Live captioning serves Deaf, hard-of-hearing, and late deafened participants who need real-time text access to what is being said, including people who do not use a signed language.

How it works
Live captioning provides live, word-for-word transcriptions of audio content, including spoken language and environmental sounds, as an event happens.
ICS uses human captioners rather than automated speech recognition. That is what guarantees accuracy across all details, particularly with technical vocab, accents, crosstalk, punctuation, and names that automated systems routinely get wrong.
Captions can be displayed on large screens or accessed directly on your audience’s personal devices, including phones and tablets.
How we deliver
We support any event format, whether in-person, hybrid, or remote. You can also choose how captions are displayed, from personal devices via scanning a QR code, to a large screen for everyone to see.
