Among them are Deaf, DeafBlind, hard-of-hearing, blind, low-vision, and multilingual New Yorkers who show up to your event, your clinic, your classroom, and your public hearing expecting to understand what happens there.
Inclusive Communication Services is a woman-owned accessibility company headquartered in Harlem. We place ASL interpreters, spoken language interpreters, live captioners, and accessible media specialists across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island.
Whether it's Madison Square Garden, the Apollo Theater, the Brooklyn Museum, the Javits Center, or a Broadway stage, we have the accessibility covered.

We know accessibility can't wait. That's why we've built a network and process designed to move fast without compromising quality.
How booking works
Date, times, borough, venue, subject matter, and who you're accommodating. A few minutes on the request form is enough to start.
One named New York coordinator owns your booking — reachable by phone, and on standby during the event itself.
We assign interpreters, captioners, or describers who know your subject matter and your venue, and share prep materials with them in advance.
Providers arrive 15–30 minutes early with building access sorted. You get a day-of contact number in case anything shifts.
